25 July, 2012I've generally found that the dosas and South Indian stuff are always great and extremely cheap, particularly masala dosa, uttapam and onion pakoras (which are really excellent).
I've been a bit disappointed by the other curries and main dishes but have recently been branching out to other areas of the menu and found some gems, particularly the mutton biryani and the last dish on the menu, I can't remember what it's called but it's a "tamil special" and is basically minced paratha, chicken and vegetables.
Very reliable and quick.
Must tries: dosas,Massala Dosa, onion pakora, mutton biryaniI also recommend this place for:Type of Meal : Cheap Eat/Budget, Lunch, Dinner, Vegetarians

23 July, 2012Dosa corner has a convenient location near St. 278 and 51. I have only sampled the dosa's and some of the smaller dishes, but everything has always been very tasty and the service is prompt. This place is definitely worth it for breakfast, lunch, or a light dinner.

02 December, 2011We entered Dosa corner with bated breath - our first indian meal in months - BIG disappointment.
Food tasted awful. I wanted to go home and just eat plain rice.
Best food i got from there was three yellow mango's off a guy selling outside - delicious!
Ironically we had tried to go to Mount Everest but couldn't find it. We have since found mount Everest and it is MILES better...

Management we are very sorry to hear that you had a bad dining experience at our restaurant. it would be great if you could let us know what dishes you didn't like last time so that we can see what we can improve on to make sure that if you are giving us another opportunity to be back at our restaurant, it is a better dining experience for you.09 December 2011

28 June, 2011Dosa Corner has a central location just off Sihanouk Blvd. It is a small narrow restaurant with basic furnishings, but quite an extensive menu which specialises in dosas and other Indian veg and non veg dishes.
The restaurant is cooled by fans and has an open front looking over to the entrance to Wat Lanka.
Food wise - I ordered the non-vegetable thali lunchtime set. This is a meat curry (chicken, mutton or fish) with 4 small vegetable accompaniments, bread and rice. I selected the mutton curry, which was very tasty although the meat was very fatty. The veg accompaniments were good - cabage with mustard seeds, grated coconut with peas and carrots, spicy mango and a potato dish. A good dollop of yoghurt on the side helped with the heat.
Service was quick and efficient - this is not a place that you would linger, but a good spot to come for a quick and tasty lunch or breakfast.
Price wise, I think $5 for a set lunch is good value and the breakfast dishes and dosas range from $1-3 dollars.
As a big fan of Indian food, I like this place as I can come on my own and taste a variety of dishes like this. Next time I will try the dosas.
